  Disappointed. Gave you guys another chance. Utterly disappointing. We brought our dog in and my wife was told he was overweight. Our dog goes on an hour walk every day. But we were told he's overweight and we can't see his ribs. We saw his ribs when we rescued him from the shelter. But apparently now he's fat. Only to realise that the reason we were told he is overweight is to sell your products and food to us. What a messed up way to try and upsell your product. That's the second time you've said that to us and tried to sell your product.

  I brought him in myself. He was limping one day. Vet checked his acl. Said the acl felt fine. But I would need to get scans for $2,000 as I had pet insurance. Wow! You're not seeing us again nor are you seeing any of my family members and friends

  We took our new cavoodle Charlie here yesterday and were absolutely impressed with the service and care we received. From the moment we walked through the door, we were made to feel welcome and all procedures and protocols explained. A full examination of Charlie was undertaken and an appropriate course of action for his next Vaccs and worming tablets etc. given. We are so pleased to have chosen PMVC as our vets, as although we live in Southbank they are relatively close and have really great opening hours for working families.

  We were lucky they were open on a Sunday afternoon and had time to see us. They operated on my dog the next day. Exceptional service and vaule for money. If we didn't live walking distance to our usual vet in Elwood, I would move. Thanks so much!
