  I ordered at 7pm. It is now 8pm. Rang the store and they told me its 20mins away. Store is about a 5min drive away. Can't leave work just to walk there and get it. I understand there might be 1 driver to deliver all orders but if its going to be late, why not give a courtesy call just to let me know?

  It is rare for me to get good hot fresh chips when I go there. If I was in my car I would have been really annoyed how soggy and cold they were. The service at 9:32pm 5/10/17 reddish haired pale guy was not friendly at all. There was no energy, we could have got value but he didn’t even upsell to us he just took our money and whilst we waited and figured it out,

  The girl took our order,. But I was not asked for if I had a loyalty card. I saw the sign for free Wi-Fi and the loyalty card, went back up and was told "no you are too late for that" ($40 worth of order ) and didn't want to try to help .

  We were eating our food and saw a couple had ordered 2 wraps , one came as a roll and the gluten intolerant lady went back asking for it as a wrap as ordered , manager said " I'm not making another one for you " !! So not the nicest nor most helpful of staff here .
