  Fantastic service and impressive turn around time. I’m from Sydney and was in Melbourne for Derby Day weekend and needed a few pieces to be dry cleaned, as well an alteration for a new dress. Caroline was extremely accommodating and had everything ready within 24 hours - a huge lifesaver! My clothes were pressed much nicer than my local in Sydney, and the alteration was perfect. Thanks so much!

  If I could give more than five stars I would. I sent a white leather skirt from interstate, which had marks that I actually thought was impossible to get out, and I could never wear again. The skirt has come back looking brand new. Caroline’s customer service, was amazing from start to go. Can not rate the service high enough.

  Very friendly professional staff and a great business concept. Love the idea of having my clothes dry cleaned without all the toxic chemicals that most dry cleaners use. This is my go to place.

  I could not recommend laundry box highly enough. They treated my wedding dress with care and respect and made it look brand new. Their prices are more than reasonable and I couldn't be happier with their work. They even drove 45 minutes to pick the dress up and drop it off out of hours for no extra charge. Carolina and her husband are professional, friendly, honest and lovely people. Will definitely use again in the future.
