  DEF( Diesel Exhaust Fluid).They booked appointment for next day and said it will take 30 minutes and I don’t have to pay anything as it’s covered by corporate service plan. When I went there, they said it will actually take 1.30 hours and I have to pay as its not covered in your service plan. They even don’t provide courtesy car either..!!? I was surprised..!!!! Now I am sitting here in there lounge room writing this review. Already cancelled my few appointments with my clients as I was not expecting this delay. Thank god I didn’t bought car from here or it might be the problem that I am getting worst service as I didn’t bought from here. I live in western suburbs of Melbourne but next will not mind to drive the other side of town just to get service. Definitely not recommended.

  It was our first Land Rover purchase and Lee was very helpful in explaining all the various features of the car. With the service we received, we were glad that we were provided with various options but yet had strong recommendations based on preference/budget on what to and what not to include in our purchase. Good service shows and satisfied with what we received at MLR.
