  Been there on a few occasions for various reasons. Always find the staff to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. A while back I needed a bike box to transport my bike and the staff member was more than happy to oblige. As there were no empty boxes at the time, he took a bike in the queue for assembly out of its box to give me.

  The young man who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgable. This will definitely be my bike shop in the future, especially with the attractive discount offered through membership. The shop also stocked everything I was looking for.

  Good prices but lacks a human touch. Borderline rude staff and reluctant to help a costomer. I asked if they where able to move a bike from one of they're stores mentioning that I'm likely to make a big purchase they told me that I "shouldn't be lazy" and that it "would be a pair for them". Why does the costomer need to work around the shop to just look at the product. Especially seeing that it was a purchase well over $5000. Not impressed. Not making a purchase. I suggest you do the same

  Great service, everyone was very helpful and would recommend other people to to go this store. Even the mechanic put his two cents worth in to help me understand more about the bikes and which one to choose.

  I think the guys do a great job. I've made a couple of purchases here and they have been very helpful. Until now. I have a warranty issue with my Garmin Fenix 5 band. This is wearing out very quickly. They made me come to the store only to be told it is a warranty issue but I will have to leave it with them for 2 weeks before they can replace it!! The watch is not unwearable, and they acknowledge it is a warranty issue but they cant order a new band and allow me to keep wearing it until it comes in? Why? They went from helpful to flogs in that instant!!!!
