    Great knowledge, takes repairs and servicing at late notice (very accommodating) friendly faces and great workshop and component stock. After sales care is second to none.

    I buy all my gear and have my valuable bike serviced here. The staff are absolutely outstanding and extremely knowledgeable They'll spend whatever time it takes to talk me though the purchase of low cost item or a major service. Always a pleasure to walk in to this big boys' toy shop!

    Great, outstanding service for Australia! Exactly how it should be. Guys working in Port Melbourne shop are stars, very polite! I've just been there this morning. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the guy who took care of my bike. He did it very quickly, was nice and clearly explained me everything. Thanks!

    A boutique shop from the outside, but without the pretentious vibe and expensive prices. Would happily give them 6 stars if google allowed it!
